luvleelab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these terms and Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines.
The App is free to download and use with core features. GlucoLog Premium unlocks additional features including full chart history, unlimited PDF reports, compact doctor report format, and the Medication Tracker. Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual plan).
The App can read and write blood glucose data to and from Apple Health with your permission. You may grant or revoke this access at any time in iOS Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices. luvleelab is not responsible for any data discrepancies between GlucoLog and the Apple Health app.
All blood glucose logs, A1C estimates, time-in-range calculations, and statistical summaries produced by the App are for informational and personal self-monitoring purposes only. They are based on the data you enter and do not account for individual clinical circumstances.
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not make treatment decisions, adjust medication, or change your diet based solely on information from this App. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding the management of your diabetes or any other health condition.

All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the property of luvleelab or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
The App integrates third-party services including Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, and Sentry. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. luvleelab is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luvleelab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, including but not limited to any health decisions made on the basis of information displayed by the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
