By downloading or using Gludiary (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. License
luvleelab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these terms and Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines.
2. Gludiary Premium – Subscription
The App is free to download and use with core features. Gludiary Premium unlocks additional features including full chart history, unlimited PDF reports, the compact doctor report format, and creating or editing medications in the Medication Tracker (viewing and deleting existing medication records is always free). Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual plan).
- A free trial period may be offered. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the current price is charged to your Apple ID.
- Pricing is displayed in the App Store in your local currency at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings › your Apple ID › Subscriptions.
- Family Sharing is not available for Gludiary Premium.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access to Premium features continues until then.
- Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy.
3. Apple Health (HealthKit)
With your permission, the App can write blood glucose data to Apple Health and perform a one-time import of blood glucose samples from Apple Health (covering approximately the last 90 days on first import). You may grant or revoke this access at any time in iOS Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices. luvleelab is not responsible for any data discrepancies between Gludiary and the Apple Health app.
4. Medical Disclaimer
All blood glucose logs, A1C estimates, time-in-range calculations, and statistical summaries produced by the App are for informational and personal self-monitoring purposes only. They are based on the data you enter and do not account for individual clinical circumstances.
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not make treatment decisions, adjust medication, or change your diet based solely on information from this App. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding the management of your diabetes or any other health condition.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Attempt to circumvent or disable any subscription or advertising mechanism.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices within the App.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the property of luvleelab or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
7. Third-Party Services
The App integrates third-party services including Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, and Sentry. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. luvleelab is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luvleelab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, including but not limited to any health decisions made on the basis of information displayed by the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
