Keep a More Complete Daily Record

A glucose value is easier to discuss when the surrounding routine is not scattered across several places. Gludiary Premium adds medication tracking to the same app used for manual or camera-assisted glucose entries. This gives you one focused place to maintain the records you choose to keep.

Blood sugar entries can include their time, meal context, notes, and custom tags. Medication tracking is an organisational feature; it does not decide what medication you need, calculate a dose, or tell you to start, stop, or change treatment.

Private Records without a Gludiary Account

Gludiary does not require a login, name, or email address. Medication records, glucose readings, target ranges, and profile information are stored locally on your iPhone rather than automatically synchronised to a Gludiary server.

Premium users can also create a manual JSON backup when they choose. Backup files may contain sensitive health information, so store and share them carefully. For the complete explanation of data handling and third-party services, read the Gludiary Privacy Policy.

Use the Record for Better Conversations, Not Self-Adjustment

Keeping medication and glucose information available can make it easier to describe your routine during an appointment. Gludiary can also create a blood sugar PDF or CSV report from the readings and report sections you select.

The app does not analyse medication effectiveness, identify side effects, or recommend treatment changes. Bring questions and patterns to a qualified clinician or pharmacist, especially before changing medication or insulin.

Good to know

The medication tracker is a Premium organisational feature. Gludiary does not prescribe medication, calculate insulin or medication doses, check interactions, or recommend treatment changes.
